ESA & SERVICE DOG EVALUATIONS

A trained service animal will perform a service relative to the psychiatric or physical condition that the user has with a required prescription. Fully-trained service dogs may fly in the cabin at no charge if they meet the requirements. 

A service dog is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of a qualified individual with a disability, including a physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disability. 

Expedited Rate: $600 (Within 24 hours of the completed appointment)

The renewal prescription process for service dog patients is specifically designed for those already under our care, with initial prescriptions that are nearing their expiration dates. To qualify for this renewal, the patient must be an existing service dog recipient with a medical record in our system, and their current prescription must be approaching its expiry date. 

To ensure a smooth renewal process, clients must submit updated vaccination records and registration documents.

As of January 11, 2021, airlines have discontinued recognizing emotional support animals, meaning they are now treated as regular pets. Consequently, ESA letters are no longer valid for airline travel.

This letter is designed to assist relevant parties, such as landlords or housing providers, by offering information that supports accommodations for both the individual and their emotional support animal, in line with applicable government regulations, including the Fair Housing Act.
