President & Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Octavia Landrum is a licensed Clinical Psychologist authorized to practice independently in the states of Texas and California. Dr. Landrum completed her bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Houston in 2006. She went on to earn her master's of arts in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University San Francisco Bay Area in 2010. Dr. Landrum completed her formal internship with the Federal Bureau of Prisons in Waseca, MN. She earned her doctorate of psychology in Clinical Psychology from American School of Professional Psychology in 2012. In 2018, Dr. Landrum completed her post-doctoral master's of science in Clinical Psychopharmacology.

As a licensed provider, Dr. Landrum has served as Senior Psychologist Supervisor for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation and the Chief Psychologist for entities such as the Department of Defense Army and the Federal Bureau of Prisons.  Dr. Landrum has also served as a vendor for several county and state entities, including the Dallas County Sheriff's Office and the California Department of State Hospitals. 

Dr. Landrum specializes in conducting psychological assessments for pre-employment, competency, fitness for duty, diagnostic, placement, and risk evaluations for offenders.

Dr. Landrum is a Licensed Psychologist with the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists (TX License #38170); and the California Board of Psychology (CA License PSY26797).
