TDLR CERTIFIED PROGRAM
Solution Focused Psych Services is a fully TDLR-certified program offering essential educational courses required by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) for individuals who have received driving-while-intoxicated (DWI) and drug-offense convictions.
Specifically, SFPS provides the authorized curriculum for the DWI Education (DWI-E) course and the Drug Offender Education Program (DOEP).

DWI Education Program (DWI-E) 12-Hours Course- $125

The DWI-E course is a state-mandated 12-hour program designed to educate first-time DWI offenders on the effects of alcohol and other drugs on the driving task, laws relating to DWI, and recognizing the warning signs of substance abuse. Successful completion of this course is typically a prerequisite for license reinstatement or meeting probation requirements.

Drug Offender Education Program (DOEP) 15-Hour Course- $150
DWI Education Program (DWI-E) 12-Hours Course- $125
DWI Education Program (DWI-E) 12-Hours Course- $125
The DOEP course (also referred to as the Texas Drug Offender Education Program) is an intensive 15-hour curriculum required for individuals whose driver's licenses have been suspended due to a drug-related conviction. The program focuses on the relationship between drug abuse and criminal behavior, identifying personal drug use patterns, and developing strategies for avoiding future drug-related criminal offenses.
