No, SFPS does not accept insurance at this time. Payment for services are required at the time of scheduling the appointment. 


SFPS accepts all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard,  Discover, AMEX).  All payments are digitally collected in advance of the scheduled appointment.  No cash, checks, money orders or any other forms of payment are accepted.  A receipt will be emailed once payment has been received and confirmed. ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 


Solution Focused Psych Services offers a variety of services and evaluations.  Please see a list of our current services for more information. 


To schedule an appointment, please contact us at (214) 432-4119 and a staff member will assist you. 


Please note, all services require an initial Psychosocial/Intake Interview. A follow-up appointment for further assessment will be scheduled as determined by the doctor.  There is a fee assessed for each appointment.


A confirmation email will be sent to you once your appointment has been booked and the payment is successfully processed.  All required patient forms must be completed prior to scheduled the appointment date.  


If you need to reschedule an appointment, you can do so up to 24 hours in advance.  Your initial non-refundable payment will be transferred to your rescheduled appointment date/time.  

 
If you cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment, the full payment will be forfeited and a new payment will be required when booking the next appointment.  


You can reschedule up to two times with the initial payment if rescheduled 24 hours or more in advance.  Upon the third reschedule request, the appointment will be canceled and the initial payment forfeited.  A new payment will be required to book an appointment.    


NO EXCEPTIONS to the above stated.  This policy applies to virtual and in-office appointments.


Please bring a valid government issued photo ID.  We request that only the patient attend the appointment.

All patient forms will be emailed upon completion of booking an appointment.  These forms must be digitally completed by the patient at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.
